Shipping & Delivery

For shipments to Wisconsin, we are required by law to collect sales tax. WI sales tax is 5.5%.

Basic shipping

For continental US, via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS Priority, allow up to 10 business days. Budgetbicyclectr.com reserves the right to ship out packages using either UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority. Shipping carrier decisions depend on weight restrictions and also locations/PO boxes. We do ship to APO's (for bicycles, you must arrange your own shipping) and also PO Boxes. Shipping to the areas outside the continental US will take more time. General flat rate to the continental US for bicycles is $250 per bicycle unless otherwise noted.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Delivery is available. If speedier delivery is desired, please contact us by phone during business hours at (608) 286-9111. Orders for in stock items are shipped in 3-5 business days. No Saturday deliveries guarenteed unless we are contacted prior to shipping. Separate charges apply to overweight items like bicycles. International orders can not be expedited.

International Orders

All website prices are in U.S. currency. Shipping & handling for all International Orders varies. International shipping is extremely expensive and may involve taxes, duties or other fees when it gets to you for which you are solely responsible. All bicycles and oversized items will be shipped by UPS or FedEx.

Returns & Replacements

All returns must have a return authorization before we accept them. All items must be returned in the same condition as sold. Refund will be given for the purchase amount minus the shipping costs for items in original condition. Refund will be issued once item is received. Items shipped in original packaging must be returned in original condition or refund will be discounted 50%. Clothing is NOT returnable. New Old Stock items returned as used/marred will be refunded 15%. Refunds will be given in the same type as they were received. 

All returned bikes may be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee to accomodate rebuilding. Bikes may be returned for in-store credit for the full purchase price. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and any costs or damages incurred in transit back to us. We highly recommend insuring the package if returning the bike through the mail.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Tax Rates

We are required by law to charge sales tax for all shipments to Wisconsin. Wisconsin sales tax is 5.5%.
