You could be the proud owner of this vintage blue and white 1940s ladies Hawthorne bicycle. This bicycle is in great ridable condition. This bicycle is looking for a new home and it could be yours.
BIKE CONDITION:
This bicycle has nice paint with a few scratches and large chips and would clean up really well. There is some rust on the painted rims. The chrome is in good shape with some corrosion and pitting, but most of it would clean up well. The stem is a really nice art deco Torrington style. The bike also has a nice Hawthorne headbadge. This bike has been fully tuned by a seasoned shop mechanic with many years of experience. Then the bike was test ridden and given a thorough eighty three point inspection by the owner. Finally the owner rides the bicycle checking steering, braking and shifting. After you receive this bicycle minimal adjustments and assembly will be needed to be ready to ride.
