Details
You could be the proud owner of this vintage 1949 blue and white Columbia 5 Star Superb Ladies Bicycle. This would make a great rider, and/or complement the Men's 5 Star in your collection. Bike looks to have little use, was likely in storage most of it's life. Great for any collection. This bicycle is looking for a new home, and it could be yours.
BIKE CONDITION:
This bicycle is in good original condition. The original paint is in good shape, very little rust coming through (would buff out nicely) with scratches and chips. The chrome has rust and pits. Rear aluminum housed glass reflector is in fair shape, glass is not cracked but aluminum will need work. This bike has been fully tuned by a seasoned shop mechanic with many years of experience. Then the bike was test ridden and given a thorough eighty three point inspection by the owner. Finally the owner rides the bicycle checking steering, braking and shifting. After you receive this bicycle minimal adjustments and assembly will be needed to be ready to ride.
This bike is being sold as is, please see photographs for details.
