Details
This is a vintage balloon tire bicycle made by Cleveland Welding in Ohio. This bike was built in 1954. Cleveland built.
Not exactly all original, its still a nice version of a 50's balloon tire bike.
This could be one of several other brands that CWC built, but we'll stick with Roadmaster for this one.

The paint is pretty interesting. Seems to be 4 different colors. Not sure if any are primer, but in order, there are: green, blue, black, and finally red. Lots of paint on this amatuerish job. Drips and smears, scratches, chips, and the spots where we sanded it down to get the correct colors. Dark green right now, in most places.
On the rear rack is the largest jewel reflector we have ever seen. 2" diameter, faceted, and yellow. Wow.
Includes front basket.
**Fenders, chainring, chainguard, rear rack, and seat are not original. Other parts could also be not original, but...
** not rideable as is - will need a complete tune-up and overhaul, especially of the rear hub
