This auction is for a Vintage 1965 Schwinn Collegiate 5 speed that was converted to drop bars.  Very rideable with a decent tune-up.  This steel frame has some scratches, but no other issues.  The chainguard is bent in spots, but usable - especially with a little bit of tlc.  A fun project with a great color.

Not original:  handlebar, but easy to find a tourist style bar
Missing: chain, fenders, original North Road style bar, correct brake lever (driveside)

Crankset - original 1 piece

Pedals - original block style, chip design, 4", marked Schwinn on the dust caps

hubs - both hubs are made in France by Atom, Schwinn approved rear freewheel style hub
rims - 26 x 1 3/8" steel rims with Schwinn Straight Side Sports Touring blackwall tires, usable, but cracked and will need to be replaced
