You could be the proud owner of this vintage 1965 Schwinn Traveler Lady's bicycle. This beautiful all original step through bicycle was built in Chicago in April of 1966. This bicycle is the coppertone color with only a few scratches on the frame and chain guard. Amazing paint. This bike is missing the seatbag. Everything else is original - tires, generator light, pedals, seat grips - its all there. Perfect collectors rideable bicycle.
This is the W61-2 model with the kickback 2 speed Bendix hub (3 yellow stripes). They yellow striped model Bendix hub has 2 gears - high gear is 1:1 ratio while the low gear is a .67 ratio. Wheels are a 26 x 1 3/8 (Schwinn S-5 rims). Straight, true, and shiny. Both tires hold air and the whitewalls look great on this bike. The Miller bottle generator has both a front and rear light attachment. Both lights work. The Bell is a great accessory for this bike. It is a Miller bell, with a picture of a lighthouse on the top. Works well and sounds great! The fenders are in great shape and are original. These stainless fenders were built to last and look great.
The light casing has a small dent in it - please see pictures. There are a few scratches on the bike - mainly on the chainguard. No dents though.
