You are buying a used Peugeot road bike.  We are fairly sure that its a Randonneur PX 50.  Not sure on the dating, but we are placing it at 1969 or 1970.  Its been "adjusted" somewhat.  The downtube braze- is now missing.  It was a double, but was later moved to a simplex stem mount shifter.  Brake levers were replaced.  Headlug has the lock port, but missing the lock and/or cover.

Missing fenders, light, front rack, front chain guard, and generator.
