You are buying a vintage used Viscount  Gran Sports road bike.  Handcrafted in England by Trusty Aerospace for Viscount cycles in 1975, this British racer features fillet brazed straight gauge steel tube set construction and makes for surprisingly light smooth ride.  The original "fork of death" has been replaced on this bicycle, most likely after Yamaha purchased Viscount in 1978 and recalled all of the forks.  This particular bicycle is in pretty good shape with some scratching to the deep red pain here and there and some scratching to the decals as well.  Everything appears to be fully operational mechanically but our shop has not tuned this bicycle so we would recommend taking it to your local bike shop for a full tune-up.  Please see photographs for details.
