This is a Miyata built little girls bike with 16" wheels.  This bicycle was themed with Sanrio's Little Twin Stars characters, Kiki and Lala.  It has a huge chainguard with Kiki and Lala artwork, lots of decals, and a huge K&L heart on the front of the basket. 

The bike looks all original, down white pedals, pink grips, original pink and whitewall tires...  The only thing that might be missing would be the training wheels. 

The tires are 16 x 1.75, which would make this size bike suitable to girls from about age 4 to age 6 or so.

Coaster brake rear wheel, with a front handbrake. 
The seat has a few tears and a couple small rips, but is the original.

Built in Japan by Miyata, this bicycle is of a fairly nice quiality. 

**Kiki and Lala, Little Twin Stars, were made by the same company that created the Hello Kitty character.
