This is a used 1990 Fischer Price kid's bike, a typical neighborhood cruiser for a child from 4 to 7 years old.  The rear is a coaster brake model - easier than using brake levers for the little kids.  Features a black paint job with hot red and yellow decals, red rubber grips, a lightning bolt handlebar guard and matching chain case.  It isn't a high-end bike, and it's got some rust on the wheels and other metal areas.  The paint has been scratched on the handlebars, fork, and rear stays.  Most notably it's missing pedals - easy enough to replace as they are standard 1/2" pedals.  The seat, however, is in good condition.
