Giant's Stance 27.5 trail bikes offer award-winning performance and excellent value-for-dollar. With the Stance 27.5 2, the entry-level full-suspension mountain bike is easier than ever to own!

The Stance's ALUXX aluminum frame has been hydroformed into stronger shapes, increasing torsional strength while keeping the overall weight low. The OverDrive head tube is tapered, anchoring the fork and giving the Stance a more precise feel on technical trails. The FlexPoint rear suspension keeps the rear wheel planted while using a Maestro-style upper link for 120mm of travel for rock gardens and root "fun houses". A RockShox Monarch R air-adjustable shock can be set for a wider range of trail conditions, rider weights and riding styles. Up front, a RockShox 30 Gold Solo Air suspension fork features 120mm of travel, a thru-axle for enhanced trail feel and a lockout knob for when there's no dirt at all.

Shimano's Alivio components are found throughout the drivetrain, including the shifters and derailleurs. An 11-34T 9-speed Shimano cassette is matched with an FSA Comet crankset, sporting a 22/30/40T chainring combination for roller-coaster trails. Shimano M355 hydraulic disc brake calipers and levers offer effective stopping power. Giant's alloy Traacker Sport Disc wheels are shod with 27.5x2.25 Maxxis Ardent tires for aggressve traction in a wide range of trail conditions. Giant's own alloy Connect Trail handlebars, alloy stem, seatpost, and Connect saddle round out this budget-minded performer.
