The FR30W started with a clean sheet of paper. Felt began using a new aluminum shaping technique they call Dynaform with their Road SuperLite aluminum frames. Subtracting weight while adding strength with precisely-shaped frame tubes gives the FR30W super-quick pedaling response and a responsive feel. A press-fit BB386 bottom bracket and tapered head tube improves torsional strength for precise handling and hard sprinting. UHC carbon fiber fork blades help soak up vibration while subtracting weight further.

Shimano's newly redesigned 11-speed 105 components function as effectively as the frame does, with adjustable-reach shifters, a lighter 50/34T compact crankset, and 105 derailleurs. An 11-28T Shimano 105 cassette offers a massive gearing range for steep climbs and faster descents. Alloy WRSL3 tubeless-ready wheels are wrapped with 25mm Schwalbe Durano Race Guard tires for easy speed and confident grip. Shallow-drop alloy handlebars and a Prologo Nago Evo saddle complete this nimble performance machine.
