This auction is for a Vintage Columbia Torpedo womens balloon tire bicycle. This is definitely a project bike as the top tube is not connected to the seat tube and the frame is bent to the right when sitting on it. Definitely a project bike.
The tank is starting to show some rust, especially on the very bottom of the tank.
