Bicycle is brand new with no previous owner. This bike has been fully tuned by a shop mechanic with many years of experience. Then the bike was given a thorough eighty three point inspection by the owner. Finally the owner rides the bicycle checking steering, and braking. After you receive this bicycle minimal adjustments and assembly will be needed to be ready to ride.
