Raleigh Racing R 3500 SL BMX Bicycle

This is a vintage used Raleigh Racing R3500 SL.  This particular bike appears to date to the early 1980's (mostly corroborated from threads, unfortunately we can't find any catalog references for these models).  Bike appears to be all original including the Raleigh 20 x 1 3/8 tires (cracking but they still hold air) and Viscount made Raleigh BMX saddle.  This bike is fully functional and has been gone over by one of our shops mechanics so after a small bit of assembly it'll be ready to ride.  Please see photographs for details, in particular the awesome head decal.  From what we've been able to discern the R 3500 SL was somewhere in the middle of Raleigh USA's BMX Lineup with the all chrome 5000 being the top model and the 2500 being below it (we're uncertain if there were more models than these three.
