Hed wheels are made in the USA, and this one is a 1-cross, radial lacing mix with bladed stainless steel spokes. The aluminum rim brake surface shows a small amount of use, but the carbon fiber fairing is in perfect condition. The wheel is straight and true, and the bearings spin smoothly. The hub will fit fork spacing of 100 mm and has an external rim width of 18 mm.
