Details
You could be the proud owner of this vintage Schwinn derailleur demo display. Made in USA in April of 1972 this display was a convenient way to explain and demo 10 speed derailleur technology to customers who were unfamiliar with geared drive trains. The crank is rotated with a handle where the drive side pedal would be.
It was on display at our shop for some time and has slight wear and a few marks but functions perfectly. The silver finish is still very shiny and the chrome parts have no corrosion aside from a small amount inside the rear rim. Acquired from Haack's Cycle in Green Bay as evidenced by the sticker on the faux seat tube.
This item is being sold as is, please see photographs for details.
