This collectable kids bicycle is one of the more unique that we have seen.  Its a basic 1990's 20" wheeled kids mountain bike / street bicycle with 6 speeds.  But this bicycle has a forged face as the headbadge on the headtube.  Amazing.  One of a kind.
The bicycle is marked as "Ideal Bicycle Painting" and also on the seattube is a decal with "Pennylane" and "Pacific" with the picture of a fairy.
This bike is a one-off to showcase the painting ability from Ideal for Pacific.  A sample, basically. 
This size bicycle, with the 20" wheels, is suitable for children from about age 6-9 or so.
