You are buying a vintage used Gios womens mountain bike.  We're not exactly certain on the model but there is a K2 sticker on the "top" tube where "special high strength steel for mountain bikes" is also printed in Italian.  This bike was hand built in Italy, and features nice lugwork, Oria MTB S tubing (original steel sourced from Mannesmann, one of Germanys largest suppliers of steel), and a nearly full complement of Campagnolo mountain bike components.  The paint job is a metallic yellow (leaning slightly on the green side) and is in excellent shape.  There is some slight decal wear that is expected of a bike of this age.  No dents or dings in the frame, which is overall in great shape.  We're not certain as to what the original component specifications on this model were or whether or not it was built up as a frame set and the components were individually selected.  Either way this bicycle makes for one extremely awesome, rare and unique Italian mountain bike.
