NEW 1995 Mongoose Alta Mountain Bicycle — Listed at $1,975.00
Holy cow! A brand new, 17 year old mountain bike? This Mongoose was built, never sold, but put on display for the world to enjoy. And now it can be yours!
You are buying a brand NEW 1995 Mongoose Alta mountain bike. Built up and put on display but never for sale before is this beautiful example of a 1995 Mongoose Alta. This particular model bears the "titanium" finish, which was actually achieved by nickel plating the steel tubing. This bike features TiG wielded construction from custom drawn double butted Tange mtb tubing. The alta models sports a Shimano STX drive train with no mileage on it. This bike is immaculate minus some unfortunate scratching to the nickel plating on the fork. Please see photographs for details.
