This is a Vintage 1961 Ladies Schwinn Racer sports touring bicycle.  This bicycle has been overhauled and is ready to go.  Everything on this bike is ready for riding - tires, seat, pedals, rims, fenders...  The bike does have some scratches, but no rust. 
The Racer came in mens or womens with several different gearing options.  This bicycle has the Bendix kickback 2 speed coaster brake hub (red banded).

Manufactured in Chicago, IL on May 25, 1961.

All original except for the new Kenda blackwall tires.  These tires are almost exact replicas of the original Schwinn Straight Side tires this bike came with.
