You could be the proud owner of this vintage Sky Blue Schwinn Suburban. Made in Chicago, IL in May of 1977, this ladies 5 speed Suburban is in great shape and ready to be ridden again soon. The Suburban was stylishly smart and designed especially for those riders who prefer the traditional upright or "tourist" position and comfortable mattress style saddle. Recognizing the demand for this particular equipment the Schwinn Suburban was available as a 5 or 10 speed, this bike is the 5 speed model. This bike is looking for a new home and it could be yours.
BIKE CONDITION:
The bike has a few chips in the paint on the top tube and chain guard, otherwise looks great. Has original grips too. This bike is free of major damage including bends and cracks.
This bike has been fully tuned by a shop mechanic with many years of experience. Then the bike given a thorough eighty three point inspection by the owner. Finally the owner rides the bicycle in every gear checking steering, braking, and shifting. After you receive this bicycle minimal adjustments and assembly will be needed to be ready to ride.
