Details
This is a vintage 1976 Bicentenial Schwinn Fair Lady girls Stingray bicycle. Original white/blue/red colors. This bike is in ok aesthetic condition but could use a full tune-up. The seat has a few rips in it, and is showing a bit of age. The white is also starting to fade out and where it was scratched, it is showing rust. Not perfect.
All original parts, this bike was manufacturing November of 1975, in the Chicago factory.
This bicycle features dual 20" wheels. Please see photographs for details.
The fenders look good but the braces are rusting. The original red grips, made by Hunt Wilde, are in rough shape - mainly the ends of the grips. Handlebar chrome is good, and the rims are nice too. Spokes are not shiny anymore, but the crank still is.
Tires: front is a Schwinn Westwind (in good shape), rear is a Carlisle Roadgripper - good shape but starting to show some cracks.
