You could be the proud owner of this vintage used silver and red Frejus Tour de France road bicycle. This classic lugged steel frame was made in Italy in the 1970's. ( not 100% sure of date). Frejus was based in Torino, Italy and are known for making quality bikes no matter what price level. Frejus was founded in Torino Italy in 1896 by Emmo Ghelfi. The brand was later purchased by Emilio Bozzi who owned the Legnano and Woolsit brands. 14 world championships were won on Frejus bikes by many cycling legends including Gino Bartali and famed frame and component master Cino Cinelli. This bicycle also comes with a removable frame pump mount, and a Zefal "Competition" pump.
BIKE CONDITION:
Bicycle has a few scratches here and there, but otherwise in good shape. This bicycle appears to be ride able, but we would recommend a tune up or safety check over by a qualified mechanic before riding.
