This bicycle will need a bit of work, no more than a basic tune-up. It has been completely detailed and cleaned by our professional service center. This bicycle is mostly original, except for the tires and bar tape. The bar tape was replaced with red / white / and blue vinyl tape.
The frame is electro-welded for strength and durability.

"Schwinn's most popular 10 speed bicycle." "In its class... its a winner"
This is the special Bicentenial paint in white, with stars and stripes decals. The white, like most of the Schwinn white, is very weak. The paint has chips and mars, and some scratches, that show the clay colored primer underneath. Several decals are also scratches and partly missing. Not perfect paint. Very shiny parts, rather weak paint.
