This is a vintage used Lotus Unique road bike.  This bicycle most likely dates between 1987 and 1990 give the "triathlon" style decals which were introduced in 1987 and the dating of various components on this bicycle.  This bike is in good shape in all functional manners.  Unfortunately the pain does have some pretty significant blemishes and scrapes so we do advise taking a close look at the photographs.  The unique was the slightly nicer sister bike to the Excelle, and was hand built in Japan from Ishiwata EXO quadruple butted chromoly tubing complimented by classic Italian style lug work and Tange fork blades.  The pink paint job leans more towards salmon than it does a hot neon pink.   The Unique was a middle tier bicycle and is equipped as such, all the components appear to be original although we been able to get ahold of a catalog to verify this.
