What a gorgeous piece of exercise bicycle history! You are looking at what we believe is a 1977 Vitamaster Slender Cycle. While there are a couple of scratches in the paint, the chrome still has a great shine. It pedals smoothly, has a tension adjustment knob to increase or decrease resistance, and two sizes of pedal straps to fit most feet. Comfy riser handlebars allow you to sit back in the wide, cushioned saddle while you pedal.
Vitamaster History:
Roadmaster Industries Inc. is a U.S. company founded in Illinois in 1925. In 1996, Roadmaster sold its bicycle division to Brunswick, which makes stationary bicycles under the LifeFitness label. It discontinued making Vitamaster exercise bikes.
BICYCLE CONDITION:
The exercise bicycle has only a few chips and scratches in paint, the chrome still shines and is in good condition for year that is was manufactured. The bicycle is free of major damage including bends and cracks.
