1949 Schwinn D-62 Ladies Bicycle

You are buying a vintage used Schwinn Model D-62 ladies bicycles.  Hand built in Chicago IL, USA on the 9th of June in 1949, this ladies step-through frame model features quality steel construction.  This smooth riding bike was at one point in time re-painted but has retained the majority of it's original parts (the notable exceptions being the tires and handlebar grips).  This bicycle features a 19" frame with 26" wheels powered by a Bendix single speed coaster brake hub with 1" pitch skip tooth chain and front sprocket.  This bike has not been tuned up by our shops mechanics but is currently in perfectly operable condition, some mechanical tweaking would just make it ride all that better.  Please see photographs for details.
