1997 Mongoose Road Bicycle
TIG welded Mongoose mountani bike with Shimano 105/Exage components.
You are buying a used 1997 Mongoose Road road bicycle. Mongoose's Road model was constructed on a polished TIG welded 7005 aluminum alloy frame and a Kinesis aero crown fork. This bicycle features a full compliment of Shimano componentry. The majority of components are the stock Shimano 105 group however the original 105 STI shifter/brake levers were at some point swapped out in favor of Shimano Exage brake levers and Shimano bar-end shifters. The bicycle is in very good condition and has been professionally tuned by one of our shops mechanics. There are some scratches on the frame, and the decals have begun to peel.
