This is a Specialized Fatboy kids bike, circa 1999. It's a unique bike because the frame is made of solid molded plastic (except head tube and BB shell). It has a single speed rear hub with a coaster brake, 12" wheels, and training wheels. This one is a collector's item. These were recalled because of instability in the frame that caused frequent breakage. Not a good present for children, so don't buy this bike for your kid - buy it for you. The looks are unbeatable for a kids bike with sleek, angular black-and-red styling and a wishbone-shaped frame.
Pretty solid condition: minor scratching on the top tube and a little on one side of the fork. The Specialized decal on the sides of the frame is a little warped in one spot.
