Turin Road Bicycle
French made road bike with a lugged steal frame.
You are buying a used mid-1970s Turin road bike, made in France. Features include Simplex shifters and front derailleur, Shimano 600 rear derailleur, Weinmann brake levers and calipers, a Sugino Maxy crankset, and Italian-made Gnutti hubs.
The bike is built on a steel lugged frame with a bright orange paint job and matching handlebar tape. The Turin name appears on the down tube and matching stripes circle the seat tube along with the Turin logo decal. The paint is scratched badly and there is some surface rust beginning. The pedals have some rust on the undersides but the leather straps have held up. The plastic seat is scuffed. Most notable, the derailleurs are broken and need replacing. The wheels, crankset, stem and handlebars are in good condition, and overall this bike is very clean.
