Details

You are buying a vintage used Schwinn Suburban, a 10-speed tourist bike made in Chicago IL, USA in March of 1979.
The Suburban features Dia-Compe brake levers and Dia-Compe side pull calipers, Shimano Positron II rear derailleur and Positron shift levers mounted to the stem. Additional accessories include a Soubitez generator installed on the rear wheel, which powers the rear red lamp and the front lamp.
This model came in a classic Burgundy Mist color with gold trim, and it's almost unscathed aside from scuffs in the gold decals and the Schwinn logo on the seat tube. The black vinyl seat is in great shape. All parts are original except for the Kenda tires that have replaced the Schwinn Puff gumwalls. The generator is not currently working. This bike is in great working order and has been thoroughly cleaned by our stores mechanics. We recommend a tune-up on our bikes after they have been shipped. Please see photographs for details.
