For shipments to Wisconsin, we are required by law to collect sales tax. WI sales tax is 5.5%.
Basic shippingFor Continental US, Via UPS Ground or USPS Priority, allow up to 10 business days. Budgetbicyclectr.com reserves the right to ship out packages using either UPS or USPS Priority. Shipping carrier decisions depend on weight restrictions and also locations/PO boxes. We do ship to APO's and also PO Boxes. Shipping to the areas outside the continental US will take more time.
Overnight ShippingOvernight Delivery is available. If speedier delivery is desired, please contact us by phone during business hours at (608) 286-9111. Orders for in stock items are shipped within 2 business days. No Saturday deliveries guarenteed unless we are contacted prior to shipping. Separate charges apply to overweight items like bicycles. General flat rate to the continental US for bicycles is $150 per bicycle unless otherwise noted.
International OrdersAll website prices are in U.S. currency. Shipping & handling for all International Orders varies. All returns must have a return authorization before we accept them. All items must be returned in the same condition as sold. Refund will be given for the purchase amount minus the shipping costs for items in original condition. Refund will be issued once item is received. Items shipped in orig. packaging must be returned in original condition or refund will be discounted 50%. Clothing is NOT returnable. New Old Stock Items returned as used/marred will be refunded 15%.
